My own journey into the world of birth work was deeply personal. As a mother of three, I've walked the path of childbirth, experiencing two hospital births and one powerful home birth. It was my home birth experience that ignited a spark within me – a spark that would lead me to pursue training to become a certified birth doula and educator.

The power of birth is profound. It's an experience that can transform you, inspire you, and change the way you view your own strength. My own experiences have been the driving force behind my mission to help others discover the depth of choices available in childbirth.
